Changing passwords for remote workers

I just started working for a business that has locations worldwide. All of our remote users on dial-up never get prompted to change their password and always lock their accounts when the time comes. We used to have their passwords set to never expire, but that has to come to an end soon. Is their any way to overcome this issue?

The password policy should be the same for all users, perhaps even more restrictive for remote users. Without seeing your setup, or at least having more information on the type of systems you are using, I really can't answer the question. However, whether the user is accessing via dial-up or is hard-wired connected should not affect the login password expiration.
