What is the simplest way to deploy Microsoft patches to 100+ desktops if you do not have Active Directory or S

MS?

Microsoft Software Update Service (SUS) is a free program you can download from Microsoft.com. It acts as a central server that downloads all patches and pushes them out to all client PCs.
