Firewall configuration

One of our Web servers has been set on port number 1080 and our firewall does not actually allow any external 1080 port access. Do you have any recommendations?

Yes, change your configuration to something that works. If your Web server is behind the firewall, obviously the traffic to and from it must be allowed to transit the firewall.
