Installing a second email server

Installing a second email server

In my orgnization, I have one Exchange mail server, so if anything happens to that server, the mail service stops. I'm thinking of installing a second mail server to act as a backup for the first one. The problem here is that I don't know how to plan for that. Could you please assist me?
