Q

Nimda & ASP Web pages

I have been infected by Nimda. I was developping an ASP Web site, and I am afraid that all my ASP pages have been infected. I made a backup, but I don't know if it was infected. Now there isn't anything left on my PC, because I formated it. But I need to reinstall IIS and use my ASP pages. Is there a way to see if there is somthing left on my pages (some scripts or so). How do I protect my PC?

Any good, up-to-date antivirus scanner can inspect any files you suspect of being infected. Download a recent copy, scan your files and then make sure you take the appropriate steps to secure your machine before you reconnect it to the Internet.
