Q

Switching to integrated security

We use a Novell network, and all our SQL servers are on their own domain. They all use standard security. Is there

any way to switch to integrated security? By using Novell, we don't have NT IDs -- do we?

Mixing domains is difficult. Windows NT/2000 offers many solutions, but you must know both Netware and Windows very well. Windows always likes to take the lead, so it may not be an easy answer.

Depending on the version of Windows and Novell I think the Active Directory may be your solution. I would look for a link between AD and Netware.
