Yes, there are several organizations that are working against this Act and
for our rights in general. At the risk of leaving out some worthy
organizations, I'll list a few you might be interested in. First is the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU). They have been very vocal about the
Patriot Act. So has the Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC). Others are the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), the Privacy Foundation,
StopCarnivore and the In Defense of Freedom
Coalition.
