What institute offers the best and most recognized HIPAA training certificates?

HIPAA training is a new, yet rapidly evolving, business. There are a few organizations that I'm familiar with that offer certificate training programs for HIPAA. They are HIPAA Academy, CorpNet Security and HCProfessor. I'm sure there are others as well that I'm not as familiar with, so I encourage you to perform an Internet search on this topic if the ones I mentioned are not a good fit for you.
