Echoworx previews mobile device encryption platform for smartphones

Echoworx Corp. is previewing its Mobile Encryption Platform for mobile device encryption at the 2011 RSA Conference. The cloud-based architecture allows integration with all major mobile operating systems,

encrypting incoming and outgoing communications at the source without the need for user intervention.

Upon launch of the Mobile Encryption Platform, native applications will be available for each of the major smartphone operating systems in their respective application stores or directly from Echoworx. The applications will also support existing and upcoming tablet offerings based on the same operating systems as their mobile counterparts. Windows compatibility is not yet available, but is planned to be in the near future.
