SonicWall, Inc. recently announced SonicWall Complete Anti-Virus, a anti-virus product aimed at providing small and medium-sized businesses with complete desktop-to-server anti-virus protection. SonicWall Complete Anti-Virus delivers an automated solution at the desktop, reducing the time-to-response during rapid virus outbreaks. Complete Anti-Virus combines gateway-enforced SonicWall Network Anti-Virus with McAfee NetShield and GroupShield applications to protect desktops, laptops and Windows-based File, Print and Exchange servers from virus outbreaks. SonicWall Complete Anti-Virus and Server Anti-Virus are available in one-ortwo-year subscriptions for licenses ranging from 5 to 1000 users.
GFI earns ICSA certification
GFI has announced that its MailSecurity product has been awarded anti-virus certification from ICSA Labs. The certification provides independent confirmation that GFI MailSecurity for Exchange/SMTP protects networks against email viruses. ICSA Labs is universally recognized for its security product testing. To achieve ICSA Anti-Virus Product Certification, GFI MailSecurity had to pass ICSA Labs' rigorous virus detection tests to identify viruses that cause infection in the real world and other email viruses.
Aetna goes with Trend Micro
Trend Micro, Inc. recently announced Aetna Inc., has selected the company's antivirus solutions to assist in keeping its data virus-free, boost efficiency and increase employee productivity to better serve its customers. Aetna is using Trend Micro InterScan Messaging Security Suite to prevent email-borne virus outbreaks, insulate enterprise business and maintain network integrity.
Sybari ships new Antigen for Sharepoint Portal Server
Sybari Software will start shipping its new product, Antigen for Sharepoint Portal Server, this month. Microsoft Sharepoint Portal Server helps organize, manage, search, and share information content throughout an organization.
