This appliance provides two 10/100 copper segments as well as P2P piracy prevention capabilities, packet inspection, vulnerability protection filters and microsecond analysis for real-time traffic.

Vsecure Technologies' GigaEthernet NetProtect Enterprise LG1000 intrusion-prevention appliance is now generally available for purchase. The LG1000 provides high throughput wire speeds to protect networks and Web hosting environments as well as intrusion-prevention capabilities. In the coming months, Vsecure will introduce different models of the LG1000 that will support different throughput levels. This version supports a throughput of up to 250 Mbits.
