TriCipher extends authentication strength with new system
Source: TriCipher Inc.
Date: 15 Feb 2005

Description:

TriCipher today unveiled the appliance-based TriCipher Armored Credential System, which it says is the industry's first strong authentication system with the flexibility to adjust to changing attacks at the desktop without installing new infrastructure. Based on patented technologies, the system allows multiple strengths of authentication to be set up from a single system -- enabling enterprises to match authentication strength with the risk profile of the user, application and data being accessed, and to migrate users to different types of authentication based on rapidly evolving attacks. TriCipher Armored Crednetial System, now available for shipping, safeguards mission-critical applications and data with an appliance that is easy to configure and maintain.
