TriGeo Network Security, a provider of automated remediation products, released the TriGeo SIM 3.0, which it says automatically identifies, notifies and responds to suspicious behavior, policy violations, and network attacks. It monitors firewalls, IDS/IPS, routers, switches, VPNs, servers, antivirus software and workstation activity. When it detects suspicious activity, SIM 3.0 blocks IP addresses, routes traffic or quarantines a workstation from the rest of the network using user-defined policies. Pricing for TriGeo SIM starts at $80 per seat. Volume licensing and eligible non-profit discounts are available.
