Preview "pain"

In Outlook, the use of the preview pane allows some code to execute before the message is actually opened. This could give virus/worm activity access to your intranet/LAN using the authority you have on your corporate network.

To remove the preview pane view from your inbox, select inbox as the folder and then using dropdown VIEW, make sure that PREVIEW PANE is not depressed. You also will be able to see the difference in your view of the inbox.
