Objective: Determine whether or not you ought to pursue a certification.

Week 28: New technical manager challenges and pitfalls
Objective: When applicable, visit these best practices for managing your team.

Week 29: Can you go on vacation?
Objective: As applicable, be sure your continuity of operations plans include procedures for covering key personnel who are absent for vacation, parental leave, etc.

Week 30: Privacy Impact Assessments
Objective: Conduct or update a Privacy Impact Assessment.
