Will cloud computing and virtualization save the day?

There are two types of technologies that we keep hearing will enhance enterprise security: cloud computing and virtualization. But do these services make a difference if an application is just running on someone else's box?

A research panel at Informatio n Security Decisions 2008 talks about whether or not virtualization and cloud services are a win for security.

Panelists include Billy Hoffman from HP, Alexander Sotirov from VMware, Dave Aitel of Immunity Security Inc and Matasano Security's Tom Ptacek.
