Screening .scr attachments from Exchange Server 5.5

I have Exchange Server 5.5. How can I screen out .scr attachments?
As far as I can tell, you cannot. Microsoft seems to want you to depend on Outlook 2002 virus screening. Of course, this means you are depending on everyone in your organization leaving this feature turned on.
