The jdbmgmgr.exe virus

I heard about a virus from a friend called "jdbgmgr.exe".

I searched my machine and found it in the sub-directory of "system32", under the directory of "winnt".

I have tried to delete it, but it copied itself after I deleted it.

I used Norton to scan my machine, but Norton cannot scan it out. I don't know why.

I am using Win2000 now. I would like to know how I can fix it.

This is a hoax. Do not continue to try to delete this file. See http://vmyths.com/hoax.cfm?id=275&page=3 for full details.
