Workshops on virus management

I have the responsibility of antivirus management in my organization. I've been trying to find some conference, workshop or seminar that provides IT professionals with info on viruses, worms, etc. Do you know of any? Can you point me to where I could find these conferences, workshops or seminars? I always see things on firewall protection or intrusion detection, but am looking for something that specifically deals with viruses and worms.
There are two conferences which deal with this topic -- the Virus Bulletin each fall (www.virusbtn.com) and the EICAR conference each spring/summer (www.eicar.org).

Courses on malware handling are actually pretty thin on the ground, I'm afraid. Sometimes, some AV companies put on seminars about their products or on handling live viruses. Check out www.sophos.com.

By far the best place to talk to colleagues about this is the Anti-Virus Information Exchange Network (www.avien.org). Every day, people discuss their tools and techniques for dealing with malware in the real world.
