Question 6 is worded, "Select the option that _doesn't_ complete the following sentence." (emphasis mine)
I think the correct answer should be C (not D), since biometric-based authentication _doesn't_ provide 100% assurance that someone is who they say they are.

Question/Answer #3 is poorly done in my opinion. After reading and re-reading the question and choice list, I concluded that "federal identity" was merely a typo and you meant to write "federated authentication/identity" instead.
